TERMS & CONDITIONS
On behalf of our Team, Team being defined as including coach(s), players and the player’s parents/guardians, by payment of its fee and in consideration of its participation in the Super Development League (SDL, SDL II), approve and agree to all the terms and conditions of its application to the Super Development League:
- The Team have read and agree to the provisions in the Code of Conduct as a condition of the team's participation in the SDL
- SDL officials may at their discretion make an exception to the stated rules if it is believed by the SDL officials to be in the best interest of the player to do so
- Any paid deposit will be refunded only if the SDL cannot accept the team or the team withdraws from the league prior to the stated team application deadline identified on the Dynamic Youth Sports Programming, LLC website (www.dynamicyouthsports.com)
- Failure to meet the published deadline for payment of the team fee in full may result in the Team’s acceptance being declined with no assurance of availability should the team subsequently want to pay
- Paid teams withdrawing from the SDL prior to the published date of the first game will be refunded 50% of their team fee less any paid deposit
- Teams withdrawing from the SDL on or after the published date of the first game will not be refunded any portion of their team fees
- The SDL sets aside one rainout date for the fall and two rainout dates for the spring; it may not be possible to reschedule rainouts beyond these designated dates and team fees are not refundable
- The persons designated as coach and team contact on the team application are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of their players and the player’s parents/guardians; abuse in any form directed toward a player, referee, coach, parent, or league official will be grounds for dismissal of the individual from at least one subsequent match and could result in additional disciplinary action against the individual and the associated team, including dismissal from the league
- Teams are responsible for notifying the league AND their opponent of any need to forfeit; failure to do so can result in the guilty team covering referee and field expenses; the league will seek to find another team for the opponent to play
- The Team understands that SDL games may be covered by photographers, news media, moviemaking and broadcasting companies, and the Team hereby consent to the use of their voice and/or photograph in the news coverage, moviemaking, Dynamic Youth Sports Programming, LLC website or similar projects approved by Dynamic Youth Sports Programming, LLC without compensation and the Team further agree to release and hold Dynamic Youth Sports Programming, LLC and its SDL program harmless for any and all claims and liability with regard to such use
