As parents, we recognize the importance of providing the proper environment for our children’s development as individuals. Children learn quickly from their experiences and their observations of others interacting. Dynamic Youth Sports Programming believes equally in the importance of providing the proper environment for your child’s development and enjoyment of soccer. Soccer provides a fantastic opportunity for a child to gain confidence both as an individual and as a member of a larger group. This experience and confidence will follow the child throughout their lives.
We know there is a better way to run youth sports. Through the Super Development League we endeavor to provide a superior quality environment that affords the player not only a means to accelerate their development, but gives them a love of the game that will last a lifetime – look no further than b-ball and our President!
We provide an evolving league that listens to the suggestions of the coaches, one that is flexible and responsive to their changing needs and to the changing needs of the parents. We work to secure better fields and attract a diverse group of officials who can serve as role models for the players and act as resources for parents to improve their understanding of the game. These ideals are at the heart of every decision we make that impacts coaches, players, and parents.
Unlike some others leagues, we make every conceivable effort to insure that the coach is on hand for as many of their team’s games as possible. Hundreds of hours are spent gathering scheduling information from all of the coaches, many of whom coach not only multiple SDL teams, but also multiple select teams as part of their livelihood. Then we design their schedules not only to provide a good level of soccer, but also, to ensure that they are able to attend each game. Occasionally we take some “hits” for the time we spend publishing the schedules, but we believe it is worth it for the players to have their coach on the sidelines at game time.
