If a referee has to dismiss a coach, player or spectator a Game Incident Report must be completed and emailed to sdl.dysp@gmail.com within two days of the incident. Please provide your complete contact details for follow-up. The report will be reviewed, additional information gathered, and appropriate actions taken and communicated.
